====== Modify Bookstack for emergency access ======

In case of emergency situation such as Internet down or restored from backup.  Bookstack can be accessed locally via ip address and port number.

Just modify the environment as follows:-

With the docker host ip address: **192.168.123.100** and listened at port **3010**
